CPP

C++ (aka C++) is an extremely high performance, compiled systems level language. It often receives criticism for having an extremely large feature set, making it difficult to fully learn, and giving the language a steep learning curve. It allows for the level of control over a computer that you get with a language like C, whilst still containing high level language features, such as generic and object oriented programming.
